Representatives of France and Serbia signed today 22 bilateral agreements in the fields of economy, military industry, education and culture, and five documents were exchanged at the press conference of the presidents of Serbia and France.

Statement of Intent on the implementation of the project for the construction of the Belgrade Metro, the Agreement on the purchase of heat energy between Beočista Energija and the Belgrade Power Plant and the Contract with the NBDA on the delivery of the rockets “mistral”.

Serbia and France sign 22 co-operation agreements

The Agreement on Cinema Co-Production and the Agreement between the Government of Serbia and the Government of France on the status of the French School in Belgrade have been exchanged.

These agreements were signed on behalf of Serbia by Minister of Finance Siniša Mali, Minister of Defense Aleksandar Vulin, Minister of Culture and Information Vladan Vukosavljević, Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Mladen Šarčević and Mayor of Belgrade Zoran Radojičić.

Among the signed documents is the Agreement on Cooperation of the Serbian Notary Public Chamber and the High Council of Notaries of France, as well as the Letter of Intent on Cooperation between the Chamber of Public Executives of Serbia and the National Chamber of Public Enforcement of France.

Also, the Agreement on Cooperation between Schneider Electric and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade was signed, as well as the Cooperation Agreement between the company Schneider Electric and the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.

Representatives of the two countries also signed the Agreement on co-operation in the field of comics, Administrative agreement in the field of public administration reform, human resources management and vocational education and the Administrative Agreement in the field of sports.

Serbia and France sign 22 co-operation agreements

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, the French Embassy in Serbia and the French Institute in Serbia in the fight against prejudice and discrimination in the educational system, the Agreement on Cooperation in the field of French Language Education in Educational Institutions of Serbia and the Agreement about the donation Evofinder.

Two delegations also signed a Letter of Intent between French and Serbian customs, the Technical Agreement of the Ministry of Defense for a contract with the MBDA, the Memorandum of Understanding between Belgrade Water Supply and Sewage and Veolia Company and the Memorandum of Cooperation between RTE (French Transmission System Operator) and EMS AD.

Protocol on intentions between Akua Energy SAS, IEL OIE Balkan Renewable Energy and Provincial Secretariat for Energy, Construction and Transport of AP Vojvodina in the presence of Basiadi Wind doo for the development of wind park in Serbia, Protocol on intentions between Proparco and Aku Energy SAS for financing the Basiadi wind farm project and the Protocol on intentions for the development of deep geothermal projects in Serbia.
