The Ambassador of Russia in Serbia H.E. Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko said that there is a possibility to reach an agreement on the delivery of additional quantities of Russian gas to Serbia during the winter if there is a need for it in Serbia.

Ambassador Botsan-Kharchenko stated that the basic issues surrounding the delivery of gas were resolved within the framework of the existing contract between Russia and Serbia and added that Serbia received the lowest possible price under the current conditions with that arrangement, emphasizing that such a price enables the normal life of its citizens.

“The basic quantities of gas have been determined. There is a possibility of additional quantities during the winter if Serbia needs it,” Bocan-Harchenko said during the interview on Happy TV.
