Responding to a significant increase in migrant numbers, the Serbian Red Cross has unveiled a cutting-edge digital platform, earning accolades as the premier digital innovation in migration across Europe.

This initiative, designed to enhance communication with migrants in Serbia, offers an online interactive environment that is user-friendly, multilingual, and packed with up-to-date, pertinent information. It allows migrants to access details about the humanitarian services provided by the Red Cross, understand the risks along migration routes, and learn practical information about Serbia.

The platform’s development, funded by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, was a collaborative effort involving both volunteers and professionals from the Serbian Red Cross. They continually refine the platform, using feedback from direct user interactions and a variety of performance metrics.
