World’s top tennis player Novak Djokovic has clinched his seventh title at the Paris Masters, held indoors at Bercy, after defeating Bulgaria’s Grigor Dimitrov in a commanding straight-sets final, 6-4, 6-3.

For the 36-year-old Serbian, this marks his 40th Masters 1000 series title, bringing his career tally to an impressive 97 tournament victories.

Alongside the prestigious title, Djokovic has pocketed a handsome €892,590—the prize money awarded to the winner.

Djokovic is also set to celebrate an extraordinary 400 weeks at the summit of the ATP rankings.
