Regional distribution leader

The United States Ambassador H.E. Kyle Randolph Scott has visited the Nelt Company, the regional distribution leader whose portfolio includes the products of the biggest U.S. consumer and pharmaceutical goods companies.

During his visit to Nelt’s central distribution facility in Dobanovci, the Ambassador talked with his hosts about the current economic topics and opportunities for boosting and advancing the business climate in Serbia, as well as about the aspects of sustainable business and the CSR activities carried out by Nelt.

The representatives of Nelt, which is the recipient of the annual Leader in Change Award given by the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia, introduced Ambassador Scott to their business processes and technological advancements that the company had been implemented including the latest, much safer voice-directed warehousing system called Pick to Voice. In their talks with Ambassador Scott, the company’s representatives expressed their interest in the further development of business relations and cooperation with American companies through distribution and joint venture projects.

“It gives us a great pleasure to welcome the U.S. Ambassador and show him to the latest developments in our business processes as a result of the implementation of the latest technology in everyday operations and higher distribution standards”, said Miloš Jelić, Executive Director of Nelt Group.
