A premier Speed Business Meeting was recently hosted at the Mona Plaza Hotel, drawing members from six influential bilateral business associations.

These included the CANSEE Canadian-Serbian Business Association, the Slovenian Business Club SPK, the Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce CCIS, AmCham, the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce BSCC, and the Swiss-Serbian Trade Chamber.

The event saw participation from over 70 corporate representatives spanning diverse sectors, all aiming to forge meaningful connections between international and local entrepreneurs. Taking the lead on behalf of all associations, Mirjana Dončić-Beaton, the Executive Director of CANSEE, welcomed attendees and expressed hope for another triumphant Speed Business Meeting. She extended gratitude towards the event’s main partner, Mona Plaza, and sponsors including Cargo-Partner, Euractiv Serbia, The Chedi Lustica Bay, Delamode Group, and Alascom Robotics, all of whom subsequently showcased their enterprises.

In a series of dynamic and efficient eight-minute one-on-one sessions, participants relished the unique opportunity to introduce their companies, cultivate extensive business contacts, and potentially kick-start new ventures. The productive work segment was followed by a cocktail reception, a more casual setting allowing attendees to network, share insights, and build new business relationships with peers they hadn’t encountered in the formal meetings.
