Nordic Business Alliance in partnership with Belgrade Bee association, embarked on a meaningful project to help biodiversity and care for environment as main values of the association.

With over 70 attendees, including the four Nordic Embassies – Embassy of Denmark in Belgrade, Embassy of Finland, Embassy of Norway and Embassy of Sweden in Serbia, the Nordic Business Alliance launched the first Urban Bee Hub in Serbia, with support of the members who have rented their own beehives, and actively participate in many activities to support bees and create their own company honey.

Companies participating are AstraZeneca, Better Collective Serbia, Klipping, EuroCons Group, I&F Grupa, Karanovic & Partners, Radisson, UNIQA osiguranje Srbija and WV International.

The Embassy of Sweden in Serbia initiated the project, supporting the education of women beekeepers in Serbia, and provided much needed funding for developing green areas and irrigation necessary for healthy bee environment.
