The company Dr. Oetker Serbia is pleased to announce that a longtime member of the Dr. Oetker family and with many years of local and international work experience, Mr. Sanjin Laganin is appointed as the company’s new Managing Director.
Mr. Laganin has completed his undergraduate and master’s studies in international management in Belgrade and New York, and he has been with Dr. Oetker brand for more than ten years.
Before coming to Dr. Oetker Serbia, Mr. Laganin worked at Coca-Cola HBC and Avon cosmetics in senior management positions. Together with the team in Serbia, after the acquisition of the “C” brand, he very successfully reorganized the commercial sector and improved our business in the market of Serbia and the region. Since 2017, he has continued his career in Malaysia, where he worked as the CEO of Dr. Oetker Malaysia which covers the market of the whole of Southeast Asia.
From Dr. Oetker Corporation in Germany, Mr Laganin in the mid pf last year received an offer from the executive board of directors to take over the function of general director in Serbia, starting in January 2022. After several years filled with both business and personal progress, he decides to return to Serbia with his family, despite the possibility of continuing his engagement in Malaysia.
Mr. Laganin’s wish is to continue the successful business of the company Dr. Oetker Serbia, through the expansion of the range in the form of new product categories in our market, with a special focus on business transparency, digitalization, improving organizational culture and environmental sustainability.
