Ambassador of Venezuela to Serbia H.E. Dimas Jesús Alvarenga Guerra was born on 13th December 1985 and graduated in 2010 from the Leon Koźmiński University, Warsaw/Poland, Dual-Master Programme with the University of Bradford/UK, earning the title of Master of Science in International Business and Management, awarded by the University of Bradford, with specialisation in Strategic Management.
He began his diplomatic career at the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of Poland in Warsaw, where he advanced to the position of First Secretary in commission. Apart from his native Spanish, he also speaks English, German, Portuguese and Polish.
