Lafarge company has presented in Serbia the Lafarge House programme announcing the entry into a new market segment of semi-prefabricated houses.

Various types of houses are offered that are adapted to the needs of buyers and construction conditions of the specific location. The offer includes financing and construction of family houses on a “turnkey” basis, which includes obtaining all necessary construction permits.

Thanks to a special technology, which allows precision in construction and controlled quality in factory conditions, you can get a new house constructed within 28 days after obtaining the necessary permits.

“By entering the market of semi-prefabricated houses, we wanted to provide Serbian citizens with the opportunity to quickly, efficiently and affordably get a house that links modern design with the tradition of Beocin cement factory and Lafarge company,” said Dimitrije Knjeginjić, Director of Lafarge Serbia.
