Lafarge company has presented the Lafarge House program announcing the entry into a new market segment of semi-prefabricated houses.

Various types of houses are offered that are adapted to the needs of buyers and construction conditions of the specific location. The offer includes financing and construction of family houses on a “turnkey” basis, which includes obtaining all necessary construction permits.

Thanks to a special technology, which allows precision in construction and controlled quality in factory conditions, you can get a new house constructed within 28 days after obtaining the necessary permits.

This is about the fulfilment of the vision of a new way of building family houses in the Serbian market, which promotes local materials produced in Lafarge Beocin cement factory and the best values of French culture: LOVE of life and family, COMFORT and style in design and architecture and TIMELESSNESS.

“By entering the market of semi-prefabricated houses, we wanted to provide Serbian citizens with the opportunity to quickly, efficiently and affordably get a house that links modern design with the tradition of Beocin cement factory and Lafarge company, which guarantees safety and quality,” said Dimitrije Knjeginjić, Director of Lafarge Serbia.

The first program, Lafarge house, which consists of 9 types of buildings that can be built with an ecological green or a traditional sloping roof, is the work of the eminent architect Jovan Mitrović. This program highlights the aspect of comfort, which is reflected through a simple but unique architectural concept, with emphasis on optimum utilization of space, functionality and energy efficiency. A team of architects is ready to position and adjust houses to the requirements of any plot, but also to meet any other specific requirements clients might have. Architectural design the program offers, together with the entire project documentation, is an integral part of the offer. Basic construction materials are manufactured in Beocin cement factory, whose products are the connective tissue of the Serbian construction industry.

In order to enable as many people as possible to obtain the house they desire, Lafarge and Societe Generale Bank have prepared a unique offer on our market – a favourable loan for house construction, which does not require establishing a mortgage on another real estate. The down payment is 20 per cent and the repayment period is 25 years. The interest rate is 4.45 per cent plus a six-month Euribor. Price per square meter which is determined according to the type of house ranges from EUR 385 upwards, depending on the type and quality of equipment of the building.

“Societe Generale Bank is one of the leaders in the domestic market by the number of loans granted to customers who want to obtain housing, and this unique offer allows them, if they possess an adequate plot, to build a family house with very favourable conditions and affordable monthly instalments for repaying the loan,” said Dejan Vučinić, Executive Director for Network Direction at Societe Generale.

Lafarge house is characterized by modern technology of fast and efficient DWS (Double Wall System) construction, which provides the timeless duration of the building and a sense of security.
