After graduating in economics and linguistics at the University of Manchester, Iva Taiber embarked on a successful 20-year career in the retail industry. She also has an EMBA from École des Ponts ParisTech (ENCP) and the University of Edinburgh.
Taiber joined Nestlé’s regional office in 2002 and during the past 14 years she has held a number of key positions in the company. Prior to her latest appointment, she worked in Serbia and elsewhere first for Nestlé Professional, followed by Nestlé Purina, and then as regional manager for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
