Deputy Mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesić, and Director of MPC Properties Ingo Nissen, have laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new Business Class A facility, Navigator Business Center 2, marking the beginning of another important project of MPC Properties – the largest investor in the region of Southeast Europe. The investment value is estimated at more than 45 million euros, and the opening ceremony is planned for the first quarter of 2020.

Navigator Business Center 2 is a modern and sustainable business class A class, consisting of a 3-floor underground garage with 500 parking spaces, ground floor and eight floors, which is designed and built following the LEED standards of green construction.

Located in the heart of the business part of the city, with excellent connection with key city locations and only 15 minutes from Nikola Tesla Airport, Navigator Business Center 2 will cover a total area of 50,000 square meters, of which 27,000 will be for an issue. The name of the objects indicates that this is the second phase of the existing business complex, the Navigator Business Center, which already represents an attractive business destination in the city, which has already separated itself from its location, authentic architecture and modern concept.

“This investment represents another important confirmation that Belgrade becomes an attractive business destination. Our capital will get another excellent business facility with this project, which will be a good incentive for economic activity in the country. We, as a city, will continue to make our efforts and create a good environment and business climate for investors, we listen to their needs, to quickly and efficiently issue consents and permits in order to encourage them to invest their finances in our city “, stated Deputy Mayor of Belgrade, Mr. Goran Vesić, at the laying ceremony of the stone foundation.

“The real estate market in Serbia represents a great potential for the development of the entire region, and we, as the largest investor and leading real estate development company in this part of Europe, are very well aware of this. We estimated that right now is the ideal moment for new facilities and this investment responds to the requirements of the market and leaseholders for a business facility that can respond to all the challenges and needs of modern business. Our strategy is to build quality and sustainable facilities following the principles of green construction. The first phase of the Business Center Navigator has already received the LEED Gold Certificate, and the applied concept has given concrete results regarding lower operating costs. The construction of the second phase will only be completed and substantially enriched this business zone. I must express my gratitude to the city administration for the excellent cooperation they have shown during the implementation of this project, as well as the speed of obtaining all necessary permits, “said Ingo Nissen, director of MPC Properties.

Navigator Business Center 2 is another significant investment in the portfolio of MPC Properties next to UŠĆE Shopping Center, Merkator Center Belgrade, Tower I and II Business Centers, Navigator Business Center, as well as other business and commercial buildings built according to the highest world standards. Confluence Property Management manages the new business facility.
