Belgrade Waterfront today announced the sales launch of The Residence at The St. Regis Belgrade, a collection of luxury residences, presented to Europe for the first time. They will be located between the 14th and 39th levels of Kula Belgrade, which is set to become the highest building in Serbia. The 168-metre tall building will also feature the capital’s highest observation deck, providing unforgettable panoramic views of the city.

The future owners of The Residences at The St. Regis Belgrade will have the opportunity to choose among 220 exclusive apartments, ranging from 57 to 171 sqm. These residences will offer outstanding homes, tailored to those who would like to turn the overall St. Regis experience into a lifestyle.

The Residences at The St. Regis are present in twelve countries around the world, and Belgrade is the latest in the list of prominent cities to offer the renowned brand, including New York, Bangkok, Atlanta and Abu Dhabi.

The Residences at The St. Regis Belgrade will represent a magnificent addition to Belgrade’s residential offering, raising the bar in the whole region.

Home owners will have limitless access to signature services of The St. Regis Spa, as well as a possibility to enjoy In-Residence Dining with their own In-Residence Personal Chef. The recognizable service of the St. Regis Butler will also be at their disposal, making sure every request is fulfilled, leading to an overall experience tailored to a personalized enjoyment.

Along with The Residences at the St. Regis Belgrade, The St. Regis Belgrade is expected to open in 2020, occupying the first eleven levels of Kula Belgrade, featuring all the distinctive amenities of the brand – including venues for special occasions and anticipatory services devoted to the satisfaction of the guest.

Kula Belgrade, the state-of-the-art project is emerging as a centrepiece of Belgrade Waterfront, a carefully designed mixed-use development in the heart of one of the most vibrant capitals in Europe. Kula has been designed by AECOM, an internationally acclaimed design company, which combined international best practices with the use of local know-how to create a future landmark. AECOM is well-known for its high-profile projects all around the world, including the Ground Zero in New York, Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi and The Shanghai International Finance Center. Interior of Kula Belgrade is designed by international company HOK and represents the blend of local heritage and global trends.

Set to be completed in 2020, Kula Belgrade will be the iconic building within Belgrade Waterfront, which aim is to attract more tourists, stimulate economic growth and make Serbia an even more attractive destination.
