Business Garden, a unique modern A-class office building in downtown Belgrade, was presented to the members of the AmCham at a cocktail reception at Hotel Metropol.

During this informal gathering organised at the “Twenty Two” restaurant, a newly opened elegant establishment located on the 10th floor of this renowned Belgrade hotel, the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham) members and friends had the opportunity to get acquainted with yet another successful development by Israeli companies “AFI Europe” and “Shikun & Binui Group”. The invitees were addressed by Mr Branislav Savić, AmCham First Vice President, while Mr Gili Dekel, Managing Partner and the event host, proudly presented all the advantages Business Garden will offer to potential tenants.

On this occasion, AmCham First Vice President Mr Branislav Savić stated: “Being an organisation that is devoted to working on improving the business environment in Serbia, AmCham wholeheartedly supported the presentation of Business Garden, as it contributes to the overall well-being of the local business climate”.

“The companies “AFI Europe” and “Shikun & Binui Group“ stand behind an array of successfully completed projects in Serbia, such as the first and the only business park Airport City Belgrade, condominiums Central Garden and The Duke’s Gates, residential-commercial complex Skyline Belgrade as well as the new Wellport condominium in New Belgrade. As part of the final phase of the 150-million-Euro investment in Central Garden, we have started constructing Business Garden, the only modern office building in downtown Belgrade at an advantageous location that is connected to all key governmental and diplomatic institutions, courts, main city arteries and New Belgrade Business District. Alongside being one of the few LEED-certified buildings in Serbia, Business Garden will provide its tenants with a pleasant and comfortable working environment, flexibility and opportunity to adapt the working premises to their individual needs, along with the underground parking space which is a true rarity in the city centre”, said Mr Gili Dekel.

The Exclusive Leasing Agency for this first modern office building located at the corner of Starine Novaka and Kneza Danila streets is the leading real estate consultancy in Serbia – CBS International, a member of Cushman & Wakefield Group.
