Under the auspices of its strategic cooperation with the Belgrade Faculty of Organisational Sciences, Societe Generale Bank has organised a competitive case study on the subject of small businesses, within the elective Bank Management course.
Participating students during the winter semester presented their ideas, with the winning team awarded a three-week work placement in the bank, where members will gain the business experience vital to their further professional development.
With mentor assistance from Societe Generale Bank’s experts, 25 students confronted banking business challenges.
The study focused on identifying the needs of the market, competition, advancing a portfolio of long-term loans and customer loyalty, all with the aim of increasing market share.
