Tamara Vučković Manojlović, Director of the Yugoslav Drama Theater, Zoran Petrović, President of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) and General Manager of Raiffeisen Bank, and Boris Vujičić, Member of the AmCham Board of Directors and Chairman of the Managing Board of Trizma talked about “The importance of empathy in business“ at the Startit Center.
The “SMART Trio” discussion was organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia and the University of Sheffield. The moderator of this conversation was dr Nikolaos Dimitriadis from the University of Sheffield.
In an informal atmosphere, many associates and media representatives could hear what empathy is from the perspective of art and business community and how important it is in everyday work, communication and cooperation with colleagues, associates and clients.
The participants explained how important it is for personal and professional development to foster interpersonal relationships and to see the world through someone else‘s eyes.
