The Ambassadorial Forum of the Institute for International Politics and Economics (IMPP), which describes itself as being open to members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the academic community, students of related faculties and the media, hosted a lecture by the Ambassador of Algeria to Serbia, H.E. Abdelhamid Chebchoub, entitled “Peace, Stability and Development – goals of Algerian regional diplomacy”.
Ambassador Chebchoub spoke about the goals of Algerian policy within its own neighbourhood, highlighting sources of instability that threaten regional peace and security, and presenting Algeria’s responses to these challenges, which are conducted in collaboration with other countries of the region and the United Nations.
The presentation was followed by a discussion with meeting participants, after which the informal part of the Forum saw the Embassy of Algeria organise a cocktail reception for all participants on the premises of the Institute.
