“Our strategic decision is to work with Norway, that’s why we have three out of seven members coming to us from their energy systems. We looked at the operating model in Norway, where energy companies are state-owned with professional management, they are energy giants, they deliver energy  from renewable sources, but also gas for a good part of Europe,” concluded the minister.
