The Nelt Merchandising School officially opened on 10th August at the company’s Central Distribution Centre in Dobanovci, within the framework of the programme of the Nelt Sales Academy.

This unique showroom represents a place where staff employed in different positions will have the opportunity to improve themselves, acquire appropriate knowledge and apply it practically with the aim of ensuring complete training.

Recognising the importance of practical training, Nelt is the first company in the FMCG industry to open such a showroom.

“The opening of this kind of school represents a great comparative advantage of our company on the market, because in the future, besides internal training, it will enable us to organise external training for our customers,” says Žarko Savić, NELT Sales Capability Manager.

The Nelt Sales Academy is a programme of development training and lectures that was launched by the company in 2015. It represents a comprehensive plan of training for sales and marketing staff, aimed at improving their sales skills. Interactive training courses were created by combining the company’s own knowledge, materials and best practises with the experiences of Nelt’s long-standing partners.
