Serbian individuals born in 2005 have a unique opportunity to apply for one of the 38,000 free travel tickets offered for journeys across Europe, valid from 1st March 2024 to 31st May 2025. The application deadline is set for 18th October.
As reported by Deutsche Welle, the European Commission has launched the next phase of the “Discover EU” travel programme. This initiative is open to citizens from EU countries, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Turkey, and notably, Serbia.
Interested participants aiming to win a free ticket must first showcase their knowledge in a short quiz. Successful entrants can then embark on travels spanning Europe for up to 30 days.
The programme specifically targets 18-year-olds, meaning all individuals born between 1st January and 31st December 2005 are eligible.
Moreover, participants with disabilities or health issues are permitted to bring along an accompanying person for assistance.
