According to data from the Republic Statistical Office (RSO), Serbia played host to 453,795 tourists in the month of July, with 211,727 domestic and 242,068 international visitors.
A total of 1,443,393 overnight stays were recorded, with domestic guests accounting for 857,062 and foreign tourists making up the remaining 586,331.
The majority of tourists favoured city destinations, numbering 295,058, followed by spa resorts with 91,224 visitors, and mountain centres attracting 82,657 enthusiasts.
Among cities, Belgrade topped the list with 136,061 arrivals. Spa-goers most frequently opted for Sokobanja, registering 24,507 visits, while Zlatibor was the mountain resort of choice for a robust 35,330 tourists in July.
