The Embassy of Malaysia in Belgrade organised Fascinating Malaysia 2019: Discovering Cultures, an evening promoting the Malaysian culture through its cuisine and art on 19 September 2019 at the Beogradski Market in Belgrade.

The event, a collaboration between the Embassy of Malaysia in Belgrade and the Beogradski Market, saw many visitors enjoying some of Malaysia’s popular dishes while listening to the tunes of modern Malaysian music playing in the background.

Visitors also had the chance to view an exhibition of Malaysian-themed naïve paintings, display of traditional Malaysian costumes and watched the on-going projection of a Malaysian movie.

The live performances of traditional Malaysian dances by the Embassy’s Cultural Troupe Chenderawasih also brought life to the visitors’ overall experience of Malaysia and its rich and diverse culture.
