British Ambassador H.E. Denis Keefe and Mrs Kate Keefe hosted the British Business Reception, intended for representatives of British companies operating in Serbia, at the UK Ambassadorial Residence in Belgrade, Elsie Inglis House.
The event was organised as part of ‘The Great Campaign’, which has placed a focus on everything the UK has to offer since 2011.
During his address, ambassador Keefe noted that the reception is a reminder of the variety of UK companies present in Serbia, from big to small, and from all sorts of interesting market niches.
Ambassador thanked the representatives of British companies operating in Serbia for assisting the Embassy in commemorating the 180th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Britain and Serbia with a series of events throughout the past year.
