The opening ceremony of the construction site KLP I to be held tomorrow, 16th May 2019, will present the project of the most modern logistics centre in Serbia, built according to the highest quality standards. The complex will be used by KLP, but it will also be offered for rent to potential future leaseholders who need logistics services.

KLP logistics centre is located in Šimanovci, in the industrial zone along the E-70 highway in the range of Atlantic GROUP buildings → BOSCH → WBM → KLP, area 50000m2.

The facility will be divided into 9 modules, and therefore, offer space to more tenants with accompanying office content.

In addition to the location conditions and quality of the construction, KLP complex belongs to the facilities of CLASS “A” for modern industrial facilities.

KLP I complex will be completed in July 2019.

Also, at the ceremony on Thursday, 16th May 2019, the foundation stone will be laid for the second facility complex KLP II, located directly next to the facility KLP I, and by the end of 2019, the construction of the third facility – KLP III, whose purpose will be multifunctional refrigerators and ADR, is planned.
