Chinese foreign exchange reserves, the largest in the world, increased by $11.3 billion in July, reaching a total of $3.204 trillion, as reported by Reuters.
The value of Chinese gold reserves also rose in July to $135.36 billion, up from $129.93 billion at the end of June.
Japan holds the second position in terms of foreign exchange reserves with $1.254 trillion, followed by Switzerland with $886 billion.
