The continuous increase in the number of online shoppers recorded in the last three years is a great testament to the growing popularity of E-shopping in Serbia.

In 2015, over 1.2 million people in Serbia shopped online, which is up to five per cent compared to 2014 and 30 per cent relative to 2013.

However, and despite these positive indicators, Serbia is still below the European average, with in excess of 57 per cent of Internet users in our country has never shopped (purchased goods and services) online.

This just confirms that the domestic market has substantial growth potential in terms of E-commerce – noted participants in the meeting held by UniCredit Bank and VISA.
