Alexios Gkegkios, Director, Globe Williams

Adding Value to Clients’ Facilities

Globe Williams is present in 34 countries on all continents and has an excellent team of ambitious and dedicated managers who strive to meet the needs and expectations of all clients

Our organisation has at its base the collecting of global knowhow in more than 80 states through a vast network of affiliate partners, which is then transferred and utilised in every operation, including on the continuously growing Serbian market,” says Globe Williams Director Alexios Gkegkios.

Globe Williams represents a concept that offers something entirely new on our market. Is it your company’s global experience, comprehensive offer and all accompanying services that make it so superior?

What makes our company stand out on the Serbian market and all others on which we operate is primarily our people; people who give their absolute all in terms of expertise and experience, effort and commitment, coupled with the strong supervisory presence of senior management at different levels. This obviously wouldn’t be possible without the continuous support and guidance of our strong local leadership, global procedures and international experts who are ready to be dispatched at any time and wherever needed by GW’s people.

Having the combined capacity of an organisation that spans 34 countries across all continents and delivers services in more than 80 states through a vast network of affiliate partners acts as a base for collecting global knowhow that is subsequently transferred and utilised in all of our operations, including on the continuously growing Serbian market.

You have an excellent team of ambitious and dedicated managers who strive to meet the needs and expectations of all clients. They work continuously to introduce new services and improve existing ones.

The real strength of Globe Williams International is its people, combined with the managerial element that distinguishes itself through devotion, dedication, knowledge, educational skills and a duty of care for all our personnel who are at the forefront of our clients’ facilities. In an era in which it is rare to find skilled personnel, at GW Serbia we continue to attract the crème de la crème of people, as they strive to join a global organisation that has endless possibilities for growth and success and a workplace environment that meets the latest standards of hybrid working spaces. It is no longer a secret that working under such conditions ensures that they not only deliver services to our clients that meet with an average satisfaction rate of 97%, while they are also very successful in their cross-selling targets, as they continue adding services to our clients’ facilities on a daily basis.

Numerous global studies have shown that professional maintenance and servicing extends the life and value of properties, reduces costs and saves time. Is this why the facilities management market will continue to grow?

The FM market has been included in the five top growth markets globally over the past 20 years. It is evident that professional FM activities lead to savings in terms of time and costs, and that they extend the lifespan of properties. However, the most important reason for continuous outsourcing practices globally is the fact that people want to focus on their core business and leave peripheral but critical tasks to FM professionals. And that is why Globe Williams, both in Serbia and internationally, presents itself not as an alternative supplier, but as a solid business partner. And this view seems to be shared by our long-term clients, such as Pfizer, Galenika, Blackrock, Yandex, SAP, Coca-Cola, Mercator, Benu, Mott MacDonald, Hyatt, Nestle, Nidec Elesys, MTU Aerospace and others.
