Participants in the fourth generation of the programme “AmChamps – Young Leaders of Change” were formally presented with their diplomas at the residence of Kurt D. Donnelly, Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy, thus ending the first part of the programme which this year included 22 students under the mentorship of 22 successful young managers of member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce – the largest independent business association in Serbia.
“It’s an exceptional honour for me to greet and support these young, talented people who show that in a dynamic business environment continuous learning is a prerequisite for success,” said Donnelly.
“One of the key priorities of AmCham is education reform, and thus fostering cooperation between universities and business. We are looking for will, enthusiasm and perseverance, and we have recognised all of that in future leaders of the Serbian business community,” noted Vera Nikolić Dimić, Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia.
