The audience was welcomed by H.E. Finnish Ambassador to Serbia Pertti Ikonen, director of the Finnish Film Fund, Jaana Puskala, Festival Selector and guest editor of the DKC film programme, Stefan Arsenijević, film director Jukka-Pekka Valkeapää and director Amir Escandari, whose film Pixadores officially opened this year’s festival.
The festival’s accompanying programme is represented by an exhibition featuring a selection of original posters of one of the world’s most important and most distinctive filmmaker, Aki Kaurismäki.
