An official ceremony was held on 15 September to mark the start of works on the residential and business complex Skyline Belgrade. The event at Airport City Belgrade was attended by President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, Belgrade City major Siniša Mali and Israeli ambassador H.E. Alona Fisher-Kamm. Behind the project stands AFI Europe, a leading real estate company and investor in central and eastern Europe. Over 500 guests had the opportunity to see a €200 million project, among them local and foreign business people, officials and people from the fields of industry, culture and public life.

The Skyline Belgrade project is a modern complex covering over 100,000 square metres of residential, retail and business property at an impressive location in the city centre known for its large number of diplomatic establishments.

As part of the project the neighbouring park Gazela – Tri ključa will be re-worked into a unique green oasis that will enrich the quarter and offer all Belgraders the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying themselves.

During the evening the audience was addressed by Mr Adir El Al, CEO of the Skyline Belgrade project, Israeli ambassador H.E. Alona Fisher-Kamm and Belgrade City major Siniša Mali.

“I am pleased to have the opportunity to present the residential-business complex Skyline Belgrade”, said  CEO Adir El Al. “This is one more successful project by the company AFI Europe whose construction will soon begin. This complex will offer its residents unique benefits and luxury, and that at a prestigious location in the very centre of the city. In building this complex and re-designing the surrounding park it will return the city to its old glory. With exceptional cooperation and support, we have reached the moment when our third large project in Belgrade begins – Skyline, which we are convinced will be our pride and a new symbol of Belgrade.”

Israeli ambassador H.E. Alona Fisher Kamm announced: “Continuous and growing Israeli investment in Serbia is not only an expression of the confidence that Israeli investors place in Serbia but above all of the confidence residents of Belgrade have in them”.

Belgrade mayor Siniša Mali said: “Skyline Belgrade is one of the large projects that will change the Belgrade panorama and become one of the new, modern and most beautiful symbols of the city. This is proof that an ever-growing number of investors have faith in our country and city, which shows that we have made our country attractive to investment”.

Skyline Belgrade’s exclusive sales representative is the leading real estate consultant CBS International (CBRE Serbia).
