“Germany is doing everything to help Serbia open Chapters 23 and 24 in accession negotiations with the EU in the first half of 2016,” said H.E Axel Dittmann, German Ambassador to Serbia, talking at the Kopaonik Forum.
He also expressed the hope and expectation that the reform processes in Serbia would continue immediately after the elections.
Dittmann said he was under the impression that there was a broad consensus in Serbia about EU accession, adding that Germany would support Serbia on the road to the EU as a fair and responsible partner, helping its reform efforts.
