Prime Minister Ana Brnabic invited private companies and employers in Serbia to apply for the second cycle of the “My First Salary” programme, for which the government set aside RSD 2.2 billion.

Brnabic explained in Arilje, where she attended the promotion of the second cycle of the programme “My First Salary” in the family company “Bogutovo”, that the goal of the programme is for 10,000 young people with secondary and higher education to gain their first work experience.

She announced that in the second cycle of the programme, the monthly compensation given by the state for young people with a high school diploma will be RSD 22,000, and for those with a university degree RSD 26,000.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, is visiting the Bogutovo company in Arilje

The Prime Minister reminded that 8,453 young people participated in the first cycle of the programme, of whom 60 percent are girls, who gained work experience in 5,177 private companies.

I hope that the second cycle will be even more successful, because the polls show great satisfaction of young people.

The invitation to private companies and businessmen to apply for the second cycle is open on 20 August and lasts until 20 September, while young people will be able to apply from 1 to 30 October.
