Arnold Schwarzenegger first started bodybuilding six decades ago and still works out every day, the actor said to the portal Insider.

Arnold is the bodybuilding legend, actor, and former California governer (2003-2007) who is turning 75 today.

He still works out for up to 1.5 hours daily, mainly cycling for 45 to 60 minutes, and lifting weights for 30 minutes.

Schwarzenegger said that working out, including eating and sleeping, is his daily routine for maintaining a good health.
