The Michelin Guide has unveiled its selection for Serbia in 2025, highlighting the hard work of an entire profession that continues to raise the quality of the country’s gastronomic offerings.
Among the 23 restaurants featured in this sixth edition, two have earned Michelin stars.
Langouste Restaurant in Belgrade received a Michelin star for its exceptional location in the heart of the city, offering guests a stunning view of the Sava River. Chef Marko Đerić and his team present outstanding cuisine that showcases local ingredients.
“The ingredients used come from their biodynamic garden on the outskirts of the capital, and the dishes reflect a deep commitment to seasonal changes,” the explanation for the award noted.
The second awarded restaurant is located in the heart of Vojvodina, in Novi Slankamen, about 60 kilometers northeast of the capital. Fleur de Sel Restaurant also earned its first star. Serbian-born chef Nikola Stojaković, trained in France, creates a menu enriched with transalpine flavors, delivered with great finesse alongside his team.
“Year after year, Serbia stands out for its dedication and pursuit of excellence, earning its place among Europe’s renowned gastronomic nations. The remarkable progress of the local culinary scene in recent years reflects a strong commitment to showcasing the country’s heritage, its products, and traditions, with an increasingly professional and conscientious approach,” the report concluded.
