At the 18th annual Cvet uspeha za ženu zmaja (Flower of Success for the Woman Dragon) awards ceremony, held at Madlenianum Opera & Theatre, Serbia’s Association of Business Women honoured the country’s top female entrepreneurs. This prestigious event recognises not only excellence in business but also gender sensitivity and innovation in enterprise.

This year’s title of Žena zmaj (Woman Dragon) went to 11 entrepreneurs from across Serbia, with Marina Nikčević, director of Maja Promet DOO in Šimanovci, winning the top prize for her export-oriented company. In the Successful Business Model category, Mirjana Mihailović of Konkav-Konveks DOO and Danijela Galov Vujović of City Light DOO in Belgrade took home the main awards. Additionally, special accolades recognised achievements in digital strategy, social responsibility, and career development for young girls.

For the seventh year, the Gender-Sensitive Company award was presented to businesses with robust social responsibility frameworks that champion gender equality. Belgrade Airport and A1 Srbija shared first place, while Ikea Srbija and Metalac from Gornji Milanovac took second and third.
