In a significant move toward advancing equality in Serbia’s corporate sector, the Council of European Business Associations and Chambers of Commerce in Serbia (CEBAC) has signed the Charter Partnership for Equality.

This initiative is focused on raising awareness about the importance of equality in business, empowering employers to implement equal practices, prevent discrimination, and promote socially responsible business operations.

During the signing, the emphasis was placed on how genuine corporate social responsibility hinges on respecting human rights and creating inclusive work environments.

With more than 2,000 companies within its membership, CEBAC’s endorsement of the Charter reinforces its commitment to improving Serbia’s business environment—ensuring equal opportunities for all.
