The uniqueness of Zajecar Black achieved a specific master recipe and using four types of malt:
– Bright malt – which is the standard used in the production of beer;
– Special malt – which influences the creation of flavours characteristic of black beer (a special sweet taste and special flavor of roasted bread) special treatment;
– Caramel malt – which intensifies the colour of the dark beer, it gives fullness of taste and characteristic aroma. In addition, according to the malt character and ensures a stable beer foam;
– Black (roasted) malt – beer contributes colour and unique taste.
The combination of these ingredients, which are used in the initial stages of production, provide Zajecar Black character of a true dark beer.
