As of today, clients of UNIQA insurance can fully settle their instalments for life, motor hull, voluntary health, accident, and household insurance online without being charged any fee, by using payment cards on the Company’s website.
Having introduced a new application, UNIQA has become the one and only insurance company in Serbia to facilitate the settlement of monthly and annual obligations via Internet, without any need to visit a branch office of the Company, bank or post office in order to pay the instalment.
Another innovation in a row provides clients with extra comfort and saves money as payments are made free of charge. This is one step closer to further digitalization and complete adaptation of UNIQA insurance business to suit clients’ needs.
The online payment application is available and posted on the Home page of UNIQA website. It is intended for Visa, Master and Maestro payment cardholders with the approval to make online payments.
The very procedure implies a few simple steps. When making data entries, confidential information is transferred in an encrypted form, which makes the process entirely safe.
