Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is coming on Friday for a two-day visit to Serbia, starting his tour of the Western Balkans.
Sanchez will be in Serbia on 29 and 30 July, it was announced by the press service of the President of Serbia.
The Spanish media recently announced that Sanchez will embark on a four-day tour of the Western Balkans on 29 July with the aim of “reactivating, reviving and revitalizing the process of enlargement” of the EU to this region.
From 29 July to 1 August, Sanchez will visit Belgrade, Sarajevo and Mostar, Podgorica and Tirana, it was reported.
At the meeting of EU leaders at the end of June in Brussels, Sanchez advocated reviving the process of EU enlargement to the Western Balkans.
