Customers of Telenor Banka can pay goods and services abroad, with credit and debit cards, without a fee. Also, the money can be simply and safely exchanged over the application of Telenor Banka, at the favourable exchange rate for Euros, the same as in exchange offices

“We wish to enable our customers the easiest and most comfortable possible to stay abroad. Our aim is that they wouldn’t have to carry cash with them, search for exchange offices and pay commissions. Telenor bank’s mobile application makes that possible for them, as well as to customize and adjust the cards to their personal needs”, says Marko Carević, Marketing Director of Telenor Banka.

Six different currencies are available at the current account – dinars, Euros, dollars, British pounds, Swiss Francs and Norwegian Krone.

Over their internet and mobile application, customers can have insight into the balance on their accounts any time. They can set limits for payments and withdrawals from ATMs, as well as decide on activating consumption channels such as ATMs, POSs and internet.

All settings, i.e. card management is available over the application – activation, PIN selection or change, temporary or permanent blockade, as well as card replacement.

Telenor Banka is the fastest growing online bank in the region and offers its customers innovative services, which enable them full control over their finances.
