Telekom Srbija Company recorded a profit of 16.3 billion dinars for 2015, while operating revenue was 93.3 billion dinars for the same period, an increase of 4.2 per cent compared to the year before.

During the previous year, Telekom Srbija’s investments significantly surged by 64 per cent to 20.1 billion dinars in 2015, the highest since 2010.

Based on the positive financial indicators, the Assembly of Telekom Serbia has decided to pay in dividend a total gross amount of approximately 12.3 billion to its shareholders, of which to the budget of the Republic of Serbia, as the majority shareholder, will be paid about 8.9 billion dinars.

After deduction of tax obligations, minority owners of dividends, in proportion to their ownership share, will receive under 13.02 dinars per share according to the Decision. Since more than 4.8 million citizens received free shares of Telekom Srbija Company, as individual owners of 31 share, they will be paid 403.6 dinars based on the dividend for the year 2015.

It is expected dividends to be paid until the end of July.
