Media representatives visited a sample apartment located at the construction site of the residential-commercial complex Skyline Belgrade and witnessed the progress being made with regards to the first phase of Tower A development.

The model apartment will be accessible to all potential buyers interested in more information about the complex itself, construction quality and purchase conditions, as well as about numerous other details, such as finishes and furnishings, types of materials used and amenities available.

We found out that the construction works are progressing well. First residents will be able to move into their homes already at the end of 2019. Alongside the opportunity to experience live views from their new future homes for the first time, all interested parties will be able to get acquainted with the amenities and benefits of living in this residential complex, such as the 24/7 reception, the largest enclosed private swimming pool in the metropolitan area, video surveillance and the best vistas in and of the city.

The project’s investor is AFI Europe, which has been operating on our market since 2005 and has developed “Airport City Belgrade” and “Central Garden”. Exclusive apartment sales for Skyline Belgrade has been entrusted to the leading real estate consultancy in Serbia – CBS International, which is a part of the Cushman & Wakefield group.
