Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Tatjana Matic and Greek Minister of Tourism Harry Theocharis reached an agreement at an online meeting today to sign a joint memorandum of understanding in the field of tourism in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The agreement will define conditions for the entry of passengers from Serbia to Greece and from Greece to Serbia, in the period from 1 May to 1 October 2021.
Matic said that it was agreed that the memorandum envisage a mutual recognition of electronic vaccination certificates.
This will allow entry to vaccinated citizens of both countries, whereas a negative PCR test or antigen test will be obligatory for the unvaccinated citizens. Also, random rapid tests will be done at the border, the Minister explained
