Sberbank Serbia Records Profit of 323 million dinars

Sberbank Serbia in the first quarter of 2016 recorded profit of 323 million dinars. Household deposits posted the highest growth of as much as 10,456 million dinars, which is 46 per cent more than in the same period last year.

“The positive business result shows that our business model brings success. Building longterm relationships with clients, responsible risk management policies and further development of services in the area of digital banking will continue to be the focus of the bank,” announced Valeriy Ovsyannikov, Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank Serbia.

In addition to offering new products and services, the positive result in the first quarter of 2016 is the result of more efficient cost management and a responsible risk management policy, which creates a sound basis for investment in new projects.
