Croatian food, beverage and drug producer Podravka officially announced that it has become the sole owner of Slovenian food maker Zito following the successful squeeze out of minority shareholders via a takeover bid launched in January.
The full effects of Zito’s integration are expected in 2019 when Podravka sees its newly acquired subsidiary contributing €5 million to the group’s EBITDA.
