Narodna skupština Republike Srbije proglasila je na posebnoj sednici promene Ustava Srbije u oblasti pravosuđa, koje su građani izglasali na referendumu održanom 16. januara.

Proglašeni su Akt o promeni Ustava Republike Srbije i Ustavni zakon za sprovođenje Akta o promeni Ustava Srbije.

Sednici su prisustvovali predsednica Vlade Ana Brnabić i članovi njenog kabineta, ministarka pravde Maja Popović, ministarka za ljudska i manjinska prava i društveni dijalog Gordana Čomić, ministarka za evropske integracije Jadranka Joksimović, predstavnici diplomatskog kora, kao i članovi Radne grupe za izradu akta o promeni Ustava i predstavnici pravosudnih organa.

Izmene Ustava svečano su proglašene uz intoniranje himne “Bože pravde” , a ispred Doma Narodne skupštine bila je postavljena Garda.

Predsednik Skupštine Ivica Dačić je na početku sednice podsetio na to da je ovo telo dvotrećinskom većinom usvojilo Akt o promeni Ustava Srbije i donelo odluku o raspisivanju referenduma radi potvrđivanja akta.

Dačić je objasnio da je propisano da Akt o promeni Ustava stupa na snagu kada ga proglasi Narodna skupština, navodeći da se na republičkom referendumu zaokruživanjem odgovora ”da” izjasnilo 1.189.460 glasača ili većina izašlih, pa se akt smatra usvojenim.

Želim još jednom da se zahvalim svima koji su učestvovali u ogromnom poslu ustavnih promena. Srbija je napravila veliki iskorak u oblasti vladavine prava i u dubokom je interesu Srbije i njenih građana. Zahvaljujem građanima koji su glasali, rekao je predsednik parlamenta.
