In the following period, the money sending service will be available in all of the bank’s branches in Serbia. If you would like to find out more about the service, please call our Contact Centre at 0800 1111 44.
”When introducing this service, our main guiding idea was the real need of our clients especially during summer months when the demand for sending money abroad because of holiday season becomes more pronounced. This service adds more value to our retail product portfolio while, at the same time, ensuring availability, simple procedure and safety while transferring money to any destination in the world”, said Dušan Mihailovic, a member of Eurobank’s Executive Board.
Sending money via Western Union is very simple. The sender needs to show a valid personal document, and provide the full name of the recipient and the country to which they want to send money to. The sender is then given a money transfer number which they need to send to the recipient who can withdraw the money within several minutes after it was sent.
Apart from the new service of sending money via Western Union, Eurobank also provides the service of receiving money from abroad.
