The Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council (MFIC) has released its White Book – Investment Climate in Montenegro 2024, highlighting a slight improvement in the country’s Business Climate Index, which rose to 6.5. 

While progress remains modest, MFIC Chair Tamas Kamarasi noted it reflects efforts to address key challenges, emphasizing the need for deeper collaboration between the government, foreign investors, and the broader business community.

Finance Minister Novica Vuković, attending the launch, stressed the importance of sustainable public finances for Montenegro’s economic stability. Executive Director Arijana Nikolić Vučinić presented 23 new recommendations, urging their integration into strategic plans.
