VI day of Module Welding and Welded Structures organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and company Messer Tehnogas was held in the packed Ceremonial hall of the Faculty
„Successful cooperation between the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Messer Tehnogas lasts for the past 10 years, with the hope that it will continue and intensify in the future. The desire of our company was to help in the practical area of teaching, and to raise the quality of education with our donations,” said Mr Dusan Batalo, Messer representative.
The Module Welding and Welded Structures was presented at the meeting as well as HVOF (High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel) metallisation – an innovative approach to problem-solving, equipment, followed by the presentation of the works of students applied in industrial practice.
The company Messer Tehnogas is the largest sponsor of the course Welding and Welded Structures in Mechanical Engineering, and awards scholarships to the best students. Also, the company recently donated welding equipment for the purpose of practical training of students.
